Founded in January 2023, CCAM is a community-driven investment club of professionals, entrepreneurs, and families — currently 275+ members in good standing and growing toward a target of 500. Members make disciplined monthly contributions into a pooled fund, which the Club invests in real estate and a regulated unit trust.
Every shilling you save earns you a percentage shareholding, and your shareholding determines your share of returns. That single principle keeps the Club fair and scalable — the more you save, the greater your stake and your path toward owning a home.

No hidden charges — just three things to get started, UGX 3,100,000 in total, and one ongoing commitment.
After joining, members buy at least one share of UGX 50,000 per month. Each share increases your shareholding — and you can buy as many shares as you wish to build your potential for greater returns.

Tell us you're interested
Fill in the short form on the Join CCAM page. The Secretariat will call you to answer your questions and guide your first deposit.
Pay your fees & initial savings
Deposit the UGX 50,000 membership fee, UGX 50,000 subscription fee, and at least UGX 3,000,000 in initial savings into the Club's Centenary Bank account, UGX 3,100,000 in total.
Complete your membership form
Once payment is made, the Club issues a membership form for you to complete.
Receive your membership number
The Club allocates you a unique membership number, confirming your place among the Super Investors.
Buy shares every month
Buy at least one share of UGX 50,000 each month to grow your shareholding and your returns.
