Legacy Homes structural designs enter final review

The architectural and structural designs for the first phase of CCAM Legacy Homes at Mairye Estates are now in final review with our consultants. This is the key step before the Bills of Quantities are prepared — bringing the 440-home estate one milestone closer to its January 2028 ground-breaking.

The estate, planned across 22 blocks on the Club’s 9.9-acre titled land in Mairye, Kiwenda, comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Getting the designs right at this stage protects both the build quality and the cost certainty that members are counting on.

What happens next

Once the consultants sign off, the designs move into the Bills of Quantities stage, where every material and quantity is priced. That costing then informs the final financing plan, which follows the Bills of Quantities rather than preceding them.

We’ll keep members updated at each milestone. This is the disciplined, step-by-step approach that turns pooled savings into homes — built to last for generations.
