Early planning for site works on the 9.9-acre Mairye Estates land in Kiwenda is now underway as the Club moves steadily toward construction of CCAM Legacy Homes.
This planning stage covers the groundwork that has to happen before any block goes up — surveying, access, services and the sequencing of works across the estate. Doing it carefully now keeps the build on schedule for the January 2028 commencement.
Owned land, lower risk
A key strength of the project is that it sits on land the Club already owns, titled and acquired. That removes a major source of cost and delay that derails many housing projects, and lets planning focus on building well rather than securing the site.
We’ll share progress as the planning firms up and the project advances toward ground-breaking.
